The 2021 Mornington Chardonnay is a medium-bodied wine with a beautiful floral bouquet, alongside flavours of nashi pear & apples on the palate. Subtle hints of Hazelnut appear from the 6 months’ maturation in old French oak. This Chardonnay has a lovely length driven by the natural acidity creating a soft delicate finish.
