The 2020 Mornington Pinot Noir shows classic light berry characteristics of raspberries and cherries, combined with cinnamon spice, finishing with fine silky tannins in which create a smooth palate. This wine has been matured in French oak barrels and is a beautiful example of what a true Pinot Noir should be. -
The 2021 Mornington Chardonnay is a medium-bodied wine with a beautiful floral bouquet, alongside flavours of nashi pear & apples on the palate. Subtle hints of Hazelnut appear from the 6 months' maturation in old French oak. This Chardonnay has a lovely length driven by the natural acidity creating a soft delicate finish. -
2021 Single Vineyard Heathcote Shiraz This Basket Pressed Heathcote Shiraz was created through a gentle hands-on winemaking approach. Heathcote 2021 Vintage some say was the perfect vintage starting with a wet Winter, followed by a mild Spring & Summer. This Shiraz is a medium-bodied wine, matured in old French oak for 8 months. It has blueberry & blackberry aroma, upfront white pepper spice on the palate alongside dark fruits of blackberry & raspberry, with soft tannins with a lovely length. -
The Heathcote Shiraz grapes are sourced from 20-year-old vines, using gentle hand plunging techniques and a traditional basket press, to make this beautiful handcrafted boutique wine. 2020 Vintage in Heathcote saw drought & heat resulting in low yields, grapes were hand-picked early to get the best quality fruit. The Shiraz is a medium-bodied wine, lightly oaked with 8 months maturation in an old French oak barrel. It has dark berry, forest fruit characteristics, fine tannins combined with a lingering long length. Only two barrels of this beauty were created, be sure not to miss out.
