The 2021 Mornington Chardonnay is a medium-bodied wine with a beautiful floral bouquet, alongside flavours of nashi pear & apples on the palate. Subtle hints of Hazelnut appear from the 6 months' maturation in old French oak. This Chardonnay has a lovely length driven by the natural acidity creating a soft delicate finish. -

2021 Single Vineyard Heathcote Shiraz This Basket Pressed Heathcote Shiraz was created through a gentle hands-on winemaking approach. Heathcote 2021 Vintage some say was the perfect vintage starting with a wet Winter, followed by a mild Spring & Summer. This Shiraz is a medium-bodied wine, matured in old French oak for 8 months. It has blueberry & blackberry aroma, upfront white pepper spice on the palate alongside dark fruits of blackberry & raspberry, with soft tannins with a lovely length. -
The Heathcote Shiraz grapes are sourced from 20-year-old vines, using gentle hand plunging techniques and a traditional basket press, to make this beautifully handcrafted boutique wine. 2023 Vintage in Heathcote was a difficult La Niña season, seeing a wet & cold Winter & Spring, followed by a cool Summer resulting in low yields with the outcome of beautiful aromatic & elegant wines. Our Shiraz shows uplifting notes of violets & blackberries on the nose. The palette drives elegance with soft subtle tannins & spice, shining with blackberries, blueberries & redcurrant fruits. The Shiraz is a medium-bodied wine, lightly oaked with 8 months maturation in an old French oak barrique. Only two barrels of this beauty was created, be sure not to miss out.
